How it works
No sales calls. Claim your listing and manage it yourself.
Most businesses go from search to claimed in under five minutes.
Find your business
Search by name from the homepage. If a traveler has already reviewed your business on Roamly, or it exists on OpenStreetMap, it's probably already in our system — you don't need to create anything from scratch. Search is open to everyone; you don't need an account to look.
Claim it
Submit a short claim request with your business name and contact info. Verify by linking your business website, or by uploading a document (a utility bill, business license, or similar) — whichever's easier. Claims are typically reviewed within a day or two.
Manage it yourself
Once approved, you get your own dashboard: edit your listing details and photos, respond publicly to reviews, and see analytics on what travelers are actually saying — pulled from real reviews, not a vanity star average. No account manager, no contract — cancel anytime.
Common questions
What if my business isn't listed yet?
Search for it first — most businesses already exist from map data or traveler reviews. If it truly doesn't exist, contact us at hello@roamlytravel.co and we'll help you get set up.
Does claiming cost anything?
No — claiming and managing your basic listing is free. See Pricing for optional Pro features.
How long does verification take?
Most claims are reviewed within a day or two. You'll get an email as soon as it's approved.
How is this different from SEO or my Google Business Profile?
Traditional SEO helps you rank in search engines. But travelers are increasingly asking AI assistants directly — "where should I stay in Dublin" — and getting a conversational answer instead of a list of links. The AI Visibility Report shows you exactly what those AI assistants are already saying about your business, whether it's accurate, and what to fix if you're being left out entirely. See how it works.
